    I am trying to make a payment online to my existing reservation. On the new website, it says there are no matching reservations to my confirmation number. Is this just a glitch or should I call and make a payment over the phone?

    Hi there Stacy, 

    There have been a lot of changes taking place on the Walt Disney World website with the implementation of the all new My Disney Experience feature!  If you added your reservation to your Disney online account prior to December 12, that is probably the reason.  You can click here to link your reservations to the new website.  Just enter in your confirmation number when prompted and your reservations should appear in the "My Disney Experience" section of the new site!
