I am trying to make a payment on my Disney vacation package and I can't seem to find a link on my Disney Experience. A travel agent booked for me but I am planning the rest by myself. Can I make a payment online or do I have to call? Thank you!

    Hi Danielle!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When I have booked with an agent in the past, any payments or changes to my reservation had to be processed/made by them.  My agent had my credit card on file and when it was time for a payment, she would check with me before running it on my card.  If you're ready to make a payment, I would either call or email your travel agent and let them know!

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
