You can find the link under the My Plans option of the drop-down menu located on the top right of the Walt Disney World website. This page will have all of your upcoming travel plans, including your resort hotel information. Underneath the confirmation number, you should see the remaining balance and a blue link labeled "Make a Payment". If you do not see this option it could be for a few reasons. The payment will need to be processed on the Walt Disney World website, not on the mobile app. You will also need to make sure you have linked your vacation package to your My Disney Experience account. This only takes a few moments. Finally, if you booked your upcoming adventure with a travel professional or agency, you will not be able to make the payment through My Disney Experience. You will need to process all transactions through the agency that booked your travel plans. Kathryn, assuming you have tried all of these tips and you still cannot locate the payment option, be sure to reach out to a friendly Cast Member. You can contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations by phone, or you can use the chat feature on the Walt Disney World website. This can be a huge time saver if wait estimates are longer than expected. Castmembers will be able to help you process a payment by phone, and offer personalized support if you need further assistance finding your balance online.
