I'm so sorry to hEAR you're having issues
making an online payment on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package. I can help walk you through some steps to take to try and resolve the issue:
- Sign in to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website, and go to the "My Plans" page to check and make sure your reservation has been successfully linked to your account.
- If you see that your reservation is not linked, hover over the "Resort Hotel" tab and select "Link a Reservation."
- Follow the prompts to enter your reservation confirmation number and the name of the lead guest on the reservation.
- Once successfully linked, you should see an option to "Make a Payment" at the top of the page.
If you follow all of these steps and still do not see the "Make a Payment" option, I encourage you to reach out to a Cast Member for assistance. You can contact a Cast Member by
using this online email form (make sure to include all of your reservation information and select "Disney Resort Hotel Reservations" as the subject line), or by calling (407)939-7675. Please note: If you have a "room-only" reservation, you will pay off your balance when you arrive at your
Disney Resort hotel.
I hope this helps, and you'll soon be able to make a payment toward your existing balance on your vacation.
