Hiya Veronica,
Welcome to planDisney! If I had to pick my favorite theme park essential, it would be a Disney Gift Card. With one, I can pay for all aspects of my trip, including theme park tickets, resort hotel stays, dining, and more!
I’ve used Disney Gift Cards many times to pay for transactions online, and in my experience, the system typically does not allow you to pay with more than one Disney Gift Card in a single transaction. The good news is there is a way to combine the balances from your two gift cards into one, so you can use your full amount if the total doesn’t exceed $1,000! First, visit the
Disney Gift Card website and click “My Cards” from the header. You will then be prompted to log onto the site using your Disney account log-in (the same one you use for My Disney Experience). You will then need to add each gift card to the system before combining them. Choose one of your cards as your “main card” and transfer the other balance to the main card you selected. Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, you will have one gift card for online payments. Now Veronica, if the total exceeds $1,000, the “next right thing” would be to
call a Cast Member. They may be able to help you pay with multiple gift cards at once.
I hope this was helpful! Before I let you go, during your visit, be sure to check out
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. I’ve been following some of the planned artists on Instagram, and the previews of their art look incredible. Many of them will be signing their art throughout the festival, and the
schedule of appearances should be released soon. I also have a trip planned for next month, and I’m looking forward to seeing who will be available during my trip.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you plan your upcoming trip.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
