Hey, howdy, hey Stephen! You're getting so close to having the most magical time at Disney.
Finding the balance of your trip should be found in your
My Disney Experience account.
Once you log into your My Disney Experience (I would suggest using a computer), go to My Plans. From there, tap on your resort reservation or vacation package. You should see a section that shows your total cost, what’s already been paid, and the remaining balance due, along with the final payment date. There’s also usually a “Make a Payment” option right there so you can pay it down or pay it off whenever you’re ready.
If you have a room-only reservation, you'll have to
call and speak with a Cast Member to make a payment on your balance. You can also complete the online check-in and input a payment method. That card will then be charged any remaining balance on the day of your check-in. This will allow you to skip the front desk and head straight to your room.
If you've reserved a vacation package, which includes your resort room,
theme park tickets, and the optional dining plan, you can pay off the balance within your My Disney Experience account. Just be sure to pay the balance before the due date.
If you booked through a travel agent or third party, the balance may still show in My Disney Experience, but sometimes payments are handled directly through them. In that case, I recommend reaching out to whoever booked the trip to confirm the remaining amount and how to submit payment.
And of course, if anything looks off or you just want a human to walk you through it, a quick call to Disney Guest Services can clear things up fast.
Have the most magical time, Stephen!
Toodles,
Korliss
