I am sorry you are having a difficult time
making a payment toward your balance owing. If you have purchased a
Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package which includes both Theme Park Tickets and a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stay, you should be able to make a payment by logging into your
My Disney Experience Account on the
Walt Disney World Resort website and then clicking on "My Plans". From there, scroll down to your Reservation. Beside all of your reservation details, you should see "Make a Payment" in blue. Click on "Make a Payment" and then follow the prompts to add the relevant payment information.
If your reservation information does not appear, you may have to link your reservation in My Disney Experience by adding your confirmation number under "Resort Information" and then "Link a Reservation". If at that point you still are having difficulty making a payment, I suggest calling
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be able to assist with your reservation.
On the other hand, if you are trying to make a payment toward a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stay only, final payment can be made when you arrive at your Resort. If you are looking to purchase Theme Park Tickets only, the full balance will need to be paid in full at the time of purchase.
