Trying to pay my balance on my Disney vacation package but can not find anywhere to do so on my Disney experience, also can I use gift cards to do pay my balance off

    Hi David,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question, my fellow Canadian!

You have several options for paying the balance due on your Disney Resort Hotel Package. First, you can head over to the “My Plans” section of your My Disney Experience account, click on the “show details” link that you’ll find under the name and confirmation number of your Resort reservation, and then follow the prompts to pay your balance. If you don’t see your reservation in your account, please make sure it is properly linked to your profile

You can also pay off your Resort reservation by calling (407) 939-7675. Please make sure to have your confirmation number on hand.

Finally, I believe that you can use Disney Gift Cards to pay your remaining balance by either method! If you’re having trouble inputting the numbers online, or if you plan to use more than one type of payment (for example, a Disney Gift Card and a credit card) to pay off your balance, my recommendation would be to call Walt Disney World Resort for assistance as I've typically found it to be easier to process those types of payment by phone.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
