Hey Maureen! Welcome to planDisney. I'm sorry to hear that you seem to be having some issues linking tickets. I know this can be frustrating, so I am here to try to help you out!
If the confirmation number and QR codes do not work we will have to go about this a different way. The good news is that you mentioned that your aunt bought the tickets on her account, which means that we should be able to figure out the ticket numbers. I think the easiest way to do this is for her to find the ticket numbers in her Disneyland app.
Here is how you would find the ticket numbers:
- Open and log in to the
Disneyland app.
-Click on the three horizontal lines on the bottom right corner of the app and then click "Tickets and Passes".
-If she purchased the tickets on her account, they should show up here. Each ticket in this section will show a barcode and under the barcode is the ticket I.D. number. She could either screenshot each ticket or copy each ticket number and send it to you.
This should then allow you to enter each ticket I.D. number into your Disneyland app through your account. The tickets will still be on her account unless she calls in to have them removed, but it does not hurt that they are on her account as well as yours.
If you still have issues finding these ticket I.D. numbers, your best option would be to call
Ticket Services and have a Cast Member look up the information with her confirmation number. They should be able to give you the ticket numbers that way.
Maureen, I hope you are successful with these steps and you can get those tickets added to your account. You will then want to make sure you have theme park ticket reservations for your tickets as well. Once that is out of the way you can get ready to
hug your favorite character! See you real soon!
