I'm not sure why you may be experiencing difficulty getting your
Theme Park Reservations booked. You first want to make sure that everyone in your party has valid admission and that they're added to your
Family & Friends list on My Disney Experience. Even if one of the tickets was purchased separately from the others, there should be no trouble making your Theme Park Reservations as long as that ticket is assigned to someone on your Family & Friends list!
It sounds like you
were able to book at least one Theme Park Reservation for your party. If you'd like to modify it for entry into a different theme park, no problem. We just need to cancel the one you have and then book a new reservation. Start by finding the Disney Park Pass you'd like to change in your plans on
My Disney Experience. When you find the Disney Park Pass you'd like to change, click on the blue "View Details" button. You'll be directed to a page that lists all the details of that pass along with an option to cancel the reservation. Click on the option to cancel and select everyone in your party that you'd like to cancel the reservation for before confirming. Once you've confirmed the cancellation, you can go ahead and make a new Theme Park Reservation via the Disney Park Pass System.

I once had some trouble managing vacation plans for my family of 14, and a Cast Member was able to manually resolve the issue on my account. It was such a relief!
