Hi Rita,
Welcome to planDisney! I am so happy to see you stopping by with a great question! And I am delighted to greet a fellow member of the
Annual Passholder family.
My first concern would be that your resort hotel stay is not properly linked in
My Disney Experience. So, double-check to make sure your resort hotel is linked. The only other potential problem could be related to your Annual Passes. Double-check the expiration dates and make sure they are linked in My Disney Experience. If your Annual Pass expiration dates are beyond the dates of your trip and those passes are linked in My Disney Experience and you still cannot make
Disney Park Pass system reservations, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member by phone.
Last year, I had a similar situation happen. I was making
Disney Park Pass system reservations. I had a resort hotel stay linked in My Disney Experience but the system would not let me reserve one particular day despite the fact that the
theme park reservation availability calendar showed availability. I contacted a Cast Member by phone and they were able to assist me with making park pass reservations for that day.
Rita, I am so excited to see that you are planning to visit during the
Holidays at Walt Disney World Resort! This is a wonderful time of year to visit. We are keeping our eyes on the
Disney Parks Blog for updates to holiday experiences and we are following the
operational updates to make note of changes to theme park and dining experiences. Sending a little extra pixie dust trusting that you will get those park pass reservations made!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
