First off, I'm so sorry that you are having some issues making your
park pass reservations. I just tried to access the site and I am not seeing any issues. Have you tried to head over to the park pass reservation website today? If not, let's give it a go. Maybe today you'll have better luck. If that doesn't work, the next thing that I would try is to clear your cache on your computer. I am not a computer genius by any means but when something isn't working right on my computer, this is the first thing that my husband suggests that I do. Cache on your computer is like a temporary memory, or so I am told, and clearing that out occasionally can help your computer to run better. I also find that trying a different web browser can help troubleshoot problems that I might have with Walt Disney World websites. I find that using Chrome is a fairly smooth running one so if you are using something different, maybe switch over to something else and then try to make your park pass reservations. If all else fails, maybe try to turn your computer off and back on again. I hate to say this but more often than not, that always solves my computer woes.
