    I am trying to make park reservations but the system does not recognize my FL Silver number and won't let me do anything. We are local residents, no hotel reservation.

    Thanks for sending your question to the planDisney Panel! So happy to be able to help a fellow Floridian and Passholder! In order to make a Disney Park Pass Reservation, you will need to add your annual pass to your My Disney Experience Account. If you are having issues with your Silver Annual Pass number, you can check the numbers on the back of your pass or you can call Guest Services at 1 (407) 939-4357 and a Cast Member will be able to bring up your annual pass information as well as look at your My Disney Experience Account to help you link the ticket.     Quick tip: Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app on your mobile phone before your trip! Here you can see wait times for attractions and even where you can place a mobile order for many of the fast food kiosks!
