I am trying to make park reservations for my group of 18, but it tells me I am limited to 12 guests. Some guests also aren't showing as having tickets, though I have confirmation numbers for all registered guests.

Hi there, Angel! Welcome to planDisney!

The countdown is on! Your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is coming up in just a few short weeks. I'm glad to see you're taking the time to prepare and get all of your Donald Ducks in a row before your arrival. If you have time, you do not want to miss the brand new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind coaster in EPCOT! Join your favorite band on intergalactic misfits on a race through space! This ride is highly-anticipated, wildly popular and accessible by a virtual queue through the My Disney Experience App.

For a large group such as yours, you will likely need to split up the party into two groups and make reservations for one group, followed immediately by the second group. It is also important to note that all Guests must have the same ticket type in order to make reservations for them together. For example, if one Guest has an Annual Pass and the other has a One-Day Ticket, you'll have to make those reservations separately, too. If every Guest has the same ticket type, this should not be an issue.

If some of your Guests are not showing up when you're making park reservations, you'll want to make sure they are properly linked to your account. To do so, open your My Disney Experience App and click the menu button in the bottom right corner. Scroll down to "My Profile," then select "Family & Friends List" from the top. If the Guest you wish to make plans for is already listed under your Family & Friends List, you can click their profile, then select "Scan Linking Code." Scan their code or manually input the information to link their account to yours! If you do not see the Guest listed, you'll need to scroll down and select "Add a Guest." Here, you can find the Guest in one of three ways- finding through connected Guests, entering their name and age or scanning their linking code. Once all Guests are connected, you should be on your way to making park reservations for everyone!

Angel, I'm sure this trip will be your most magical one yet. As soon as you get everyone connected and your favorite parks reserved, you'll be on your way to making core memories at Walt Disney World Resort!

    Have a magical day,

    Ashley
