As you know, valid theme park admission now requires valid theme park tickets as well as a park reservation for each theme park you plan on visiting. In this situation, it sounds like your tickets might have been linked to the wrong account by accident. Personally, I accidentally had two
My Disney Experience accounts for the longest time, and I kept confusing the two. Finally, I made sure that I only used one and that it was linked to all my devices, but I have linked reservations to the wrong account by mistake! If you have an account with another email address, I would check if the ticket was linked there. If that is the case, you can always connect with your other account in your
Family and Friends List by going into "My Family & Friends" in your My Disney Experience account. Once you have connected your two profiles through your Family and Friends, you will be able to transfer your tickets to the correct profile. If you do not remember creating another account, I would highly recommend
contacting a Cast Member via chat, email or phone, as they will be able to help you further. Indeed, Cast Members truly are real-life magic makers, and I always go to them whenever I need help!

EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival? Starting March 2nd, this festival includes breathtaking sights, fun activities for everyone to enjoy and, my personal favourite, unique and tasty treats! Are you looking for a fun snack to try with your family? My personal favourite is the Frushi from the Japan Pavilion. If you have not heard of the famous EPCOT Frushi before, they are fruit sushi with coconut rice, fresh fruits and a creamy topping. However, if you are looking for the most beautiful dessert, you must try the Vanilla, Rose Water, and Pistachio Panna Cotta at the Morocco Pavilion. Made in the shape of a beautiful pink flower, this creamy dessert is sure to blend into the gorgeous floral arrangements!
