Sometimes I find that using a different browser speeds things along on the
Disneyland Resort Website! You may want to try that, as you may have better luck making
reservations that way! If you’re still having troubles, I’d log off, give it a few minutes, and try again. Sometimes there is a rush of people that log on to the website to make reservations, and giving it a few moments to clear out people may help!
If you find that you are still having troubles with the internet
villains, I’d highly recommend calling Website Support at (714) 520-6222. A helpful Cast Member should be able to help you further.
