As you’re making your
Disney Park Pass reservations, my first suggestion would be to sign out of your
My Disney Experience mobile app or
My Disney Experience online. For your app, please make sure it’s up to date! Now, go back into the app or My Disney Experience online to try and make the Disney Park Pass reservations.
Hopefully this helps, but if not, within your app, make sure that your family’s tickets are linked to your account (within “Tickets and Passes”). If you’re staying on property at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, make sure that they are linked to that reservation as well. When you book your Disney Park Pass reservations, if you’re staying on property, make sure to use the booking page for Disney Resort Guests. If you’re staying off property, make sure to use the booking page for Disney Tickets. You’ll see the different options on the Disney Park Pass page.
