Hello there, Tiffany!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney today, I’ll be more than happy to help! It sounds like you are running into a technical error. I recommend trying to schedule your reservations on a different device from what you are currently using. For example, if you are using a mobile device, try a desktop or vice versa.
Once you’ve selected which device you are going to use, you’ll want to sign in and first add the ticket(s) to your account. You can do this by logging into your My Disney Experience account and selecting
“My Plans." From there, hover over the ticket image and click on “Link Tickets.” After your tickets have been linked, you'll want to go ahead and try to schedule your
theme park reservations once more.
Currently, theme park reservations are still needed for certain theme park tickets, usually, those that aren’t date-based are the tickets that need a theme park reservation. It does sound like yours are not date-specific, so you will most likely need a theme park reservation linked to them. I recommend trying everything I mentioned above to get those theme park reservations made.
If these steps don’t seem to resolve your technical issues, then you'll want to give the Walt Disney World Resort
a call. A Cast Member will be more than happy to help assist with your existing tickets and make sure you are all set for your visit. They can also verify whether or not your theme park tickets will need that reservation after all. My motto is that it doesn't hurt to double-check.
After all that has been taken care of, you can get back to planning for the fun stuff. Which attractions are you looking to ride? Or what snacks are you hoping to enjoy? My “must-eat snack” is the
traditional DOLE Whip. Something about a DOLE Whip screams Disney vacation and I feel my heart filled with peace and excitement knowing that I am there at Walt Disney World enjoying the magic.
Tiffany, I cannot wait for you to arrive and feel all the emotions I am talking about! Have a great trip and if there’s anything else we can help with, you know where to find us.
See ya real soon,
Shantel
