I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty making a
Disney Park Pass system reservation. It sounds like your
theme park tickets or other valid admission might not be linked in your
My Disney Experience account.
To check to see if your tickets are linked, log into My Disney Experience. From a computer, click on My Plans and then click on Tickets & Memory Maker (which should be on the left-hand side of the screen). From there, i
f you need to link the tickets, log into your My Disney Experience account, click on Add More Plans, and then click on Link Reservations and Purchases. If you are using the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three bars in the bottom of the screen, and then click on Tickets and Passes. If you do not see your tickets or other admission, you need to link them. To link them from the mobile app, click on the Tickets and Passes link and, if you do not see an option to link tickets, click on the plus sign at the top of the screen.
Once your tickets are linked, you should be able to make park pass reservations! If your tickets are linked and you are still having trouble making park pass reservations, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website Support by phone.
