I'm sorry you are having difficulties with ordering your Magic Bands. I have a suspicion that the reason you are having issues is that you are not properly linked to your family and friends. But first, let's log out completely, close your browser and open a new one. A fresh start could be what you need! Then, head over to the
Walt Disney World website, sign in, and click on
My Disney Experience on the top right. Look for the option called "
My Family and Friends". Make sure that every guest you want to order for is not only linked there but also that their plan is managed by you. If they are not managed by you then you are not able to edit or modify their Magic Band order and they will have to modify it themselves. You can add them to your plans by choosing "Add a New Guest" and following the options there.
Another possible solution is to go to My Disney Experience and look under "My Magic Bands and Cards", find your reservation, and click edit or modify your Magic Bands here. Make sure that you do not let your device auto-fill the names. You can edit the names and select colors or themes before purchasing. Magic Bands are only available to pre-purchase in this way when linked to a Resort stay and once
linked to a guest they cannot be reassigned. You can also buy Magic Bands via
ShopDisney and link them afterward to your account. If all this fails I would just give Walt Disney World
a call and a Cast Member will be glad to assist you!

Magic Band+ which has all the benefits of the regular Magic Band plus a rechargeable battery and unlocks some enchanting interactions throughout the Parks? My entire family has already picked out their designs but I am waiting for the perfect one to magically appear as I am picky. I do hope that this helped and you find your perfect one!
