    I am trying to order DisneyBand+ for my family. We booked the Disney Wish Christmas cruise. I am receiving the following message when I try to purchase them “Due to your region, you will not be able to proceed with your DisneyBand+”

Don’t worry–you don’t need to be Wreck-It Ralph to navigate this; that’s why we’re here! Let’s check a few things to make sure everything’s working properly.

    If you're using a VPN, make sure it's set to show you are in the United States, as guests outside the U.S. can’t purchase the bands in advance. I’ve also found that when the Disney Cruise Line website isn’t loading correctly for me, clearing my computer cookies often helps get everything back to normal. Lastly, if you tried purchasing from the website, you might want to try the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app instead. If none of these tips work, reach out to a Disney Cruise Line agent; they’ll be happy to troubleshoot the issue with you!

    Having a DisneyBand+ makes boarding the ship and accessing your stateroom super easy! You can even use a MagicBand+ from the theme parks while onboard—it's the same technology, just a different name. For the best experience, make sure your band is fully charged, as the lights and vibrations rely on a strong battery. This way, you'll be all set to enjoy the magic from the moment you reach the terminal!
