It sounds like you’re eager to order your
DisneyBand+ for your upcoming cruise on the
Disney Fantasy, and with good reason. These interactive bands help with everything from easier check-in on embarkation day to breezier entry into your stateroom.
If the option to purchase DisneyBand+ isn’t appearing for you, there could be a few possible reasons. For example, if your reservation was ever canceled and reinstated, your sail date was changed, or your address is listed outside the U.S. or Canada, this may prevent the ordering feature from showing up. Occasionally, Guests may also have duplicate Disney profiles in the system, which can cause a bit of technical confusion when trying to link a reservation.
To troubleshoot, I recommend calling the Website Resolution team directly. These friendly (and tech-savvy!) Cast Members can review your account and get things back on course. They can be reached at (800) 951-3532, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.– 10:00 p.m. ET, or Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m.– 8:00 p.m. ET. Once everything’s squared away, you’ll be ready to set sail with your DisneyBand+.
These bands are also waterproof and rechargeable. And while it may be tempting to want to pack a power strip, be advised that this is one of the
items that’s not allowed on board for safety reasons. But have no fear, you'll find plenty of outlets situated throughout your stateroom.
