Trying to do online check-in. Don't want to link credit card to KTTW card, but My Disney Experience won't let me get past that page without designating a credit card/pins for adults on reservation. How can I do online check-in without linking credit card?

Hello again, Lynn!  According to the Online Check-In Frequently Asked Questions on Disney's website, a credit card is now required for online check-in.  For security reasons, you will also create a pin to use if you decide to charge back to your room.  There used to be a box to check to link the cards but that seems to be missing now.  I think you have two options.  1) Do not utilize the online check-in service and ask that the credit card not be linked for charging privileges when checking in at your resort or 2) Go ahead with online check-in and when you arrive at your resort, ask if you can have the credit card removed for charging privileges.

Personally, I like the convenience of having charging capabilities - especially with the added security pin.  I feel like it's safe and convenient.  Note: there have been times that I wish to pay for my charges by using a Disney gift card.  I handled this by setting up my account with the charging privilege and the night before I checked out, I brought my gift card to the front desk and they applied the gift card to my account.  I wanted to mention that in case that was an option for you.  Super convenient - I had the benefit of charging to my room but not having the charges actually go to my credit card.
