    I am trying to do the online check in but it will not pull up our reservaio. I'm not sure if I may be using an incorrect confirmation number all my itinerary says is reservation number can someone ell me what I am doing wrong?

    Hello Kimberly, You may not be doing anything wrong! If you booked your dream Disney vacation with someone other than Disney Reservations, it is possible their reservation number is different than what Disney require for online check-in. This is sometimes the case with AAA. So unfortunately you may not be able to check-in prior to your vacation. Hope this helps!
