Hi, Erin!
Yay! Extending the magic for another day sounds great. But I’m sorry that
Experiment 626 (A.K.A. Stitch) has been causing trouble along the way. Hopefully, this is something we can help work out.
First of all, it’s not normal for Stitch to show up like that. But sometimes things get a little jammed up on the Internet. I’ve found that trying a different web browser or device may help. Or a more involved attempt might be to clear cached website data from the web browser and log in to your Disneyland Resort account again. If you find that you are still having trouble accessing the expected pages, it may be time to request help from your Fairy Godmother, or at least a friendly Cast Member on the
Website Support phone line. You may also try contacting a Cast Member using the chat feature in the
Disneyland mobile app.
Once you get website access up and running as expected again, you may notice that the
theme park reservation availability calendar has been showing relatively few
theme park reservations to book for upcoming dates. This is where a little bit of faith, trust, and pixie dust may help out some. Reservation availability does vary. So it’s helpful to refresh the calendar frequently to observe when other Guests cancel their park reservations, making them available for you to book! Also, if you happen to be staying at one of the three
Disneyland Resort Hotels, make sure you link your reservation number with your Disneyland Resort account and follow the links for hotel Guests as you
proceed with making theme park reservations. That will help you get access to
reservations that have been set aside just for on-site hotel Guests.
I’m sending happy thoughts and pixie dust that Stitch stays out of the way and that you find the park reservations you seek, Erin. Please stop by planDisney again if you think of any other questions you would like to ask.
