Disney+ Subscriber Hotel Offer. Sometimes Stitch likes to get into mischief and create problems on the
Walt Disney World website! There are a couple of reasons this could be happening and I'm happy to help with some suggestions. The first tip I have for you is to log in with the email associated with your Disney+ subscription. It helps to have the email and password match both your Disney+ subscription and your
My Disney Experience account. If you just signed up for Disney+, please try again approximately 60 minutes after you subscribed.
Another reason you are getting the error message could be that the room is not available for your dates. There is limited room reservation availability offered for this discount. The offer also excludes the following room types: 3-bedroom villas, Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Little Mermaid Standard Rooms. If you are still having trouble accessing the offer and making your reservations, please call the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 939-2833 for assistance.
