Hiya, Jamie! Thanks for stopping by planDisney and asking your question!
You'll be glad to know that you don't need to change the names associated with your
tickets before you arrive at the parks. Theme park tickets aren't officially assigned to an individual until the ticket is scanned at the gate and a Cast Member takes a photo of that individual. From that point on, the same person needs to continue to use that ticket, but the name attached to it beforehand doesn't matter. If you really wanted to change the name, you could keep trying to call Guest Services or stop by a Guest Services location inside the parks, but it's not necessary.
Have you read up on the new
Disney Genie service that will be debuting soon at the Disneyland Resort? Since your trip is near the end of November, it is very likely that this service will be available during your visit. Disney Genie is a complimentary digital feature that will create customized park-touring itineraries based on your interests. You will also have the option to purchase Disney Genie+ which allows you to select the next available return time for an attraction and then skip most of the wait by using the Lightning Lane. I definitely recommend familiarizing yourself with the service ahead of your trip so you'll be a pro by the time you are in the parks!
I hope your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is full of magic and memories!
