I am trying to move tickets from one account to my account. We decided it would be easier if we had all the tickets under one account. How can I do that? Thank you!

Hello there, Robby! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney with your planning question.

I understand that you are wanting to keep all of your party's tickets in one account for ease and I'd be happy to walk you through how to do that. All you will need to do is get the Ticket ID numbers for each ticket or if you are with the other members of your party and they already have their tickets linked in their Disneyland app, there is an even faster way!

The first step would be to download the Disneyland app and log in to your Disney account. Now you will open the app and click on the three lines at the bottom right of the screen. From there, click on "Tickets and Passes". Now you will click on the "+" at the top right, and click "Link Tickets & Passes". If you are with the other party members, you can have them open up their app and show their ticket barcode and you can easily scan their barcode to link them to your account. The other options are to tap their MagicBand+ if they have one or to manually enter each Ticket ID number.

When I am with a large party, I too like for at least one person to have everyone's ticket linked to their account, but it's important that everyone who might split off have their tickets on their own account as well. The person with everyone's tickets on their account can then easily make Lightning Lane selections for the whole party instead of everyone trying to go in and get the same return times if you are using Disney Genie+ for the day.

Robby, I hope this is helpful. If you have any issues just find a Guest Services Cast Member in the park and they will be happy to assist you. Thanks again for stopping by!
