I am trying to get my mother to manage my account but I cannot figure out how to to so

    Hi Jenna! Welcome to planDisney!

It looks like you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few more days! I bet you are over the moon with excitement. I love how the anticipation grows each day of our vacation countdowns. Your trip will be here before you know it!

I think you are asking about linking My Disney Experience accounts with your mother so she can arrange plans with you. If so, I'm happy to walk you through the process! Go to "My Family & Friends" from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu on the main Walt Disney World website. Scroll down to "Add a Guest." Click the link and on the next page pick "I'll enter their name and age," then change the age to 18+. This will bring up the option to "Invite this Guest to connect." When you select that, a field will appear to enter your mom's email address (make sure it is the one associated with her My Disney Experience account). Hit "Done" at the bottom and an invite will be sent to your mother. Once she receives it and accepts, you will be linked and can plan together!

If you still need assistance, you can contact a Cast Member with technical support at (407) 939-4357. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and walk you through the process to fix it.

I hope you have an amazing visit, Jenna! Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello all! I'm a happily married, proud mom to two young children, and I love to plan trips to Walt Disney World Resort. One of my favorite things about taking a Disney Parks vacation is that there is always something new and wonderful to discover, no matter if this is your first trip or if you visit multiple times per year. I'm excited to help you plan your next adventure!
