Sorry to hear that you’re not able to see your MagicBands in your My Disney Experience mobile app, here are a few suggestions that may help!
First, I suggest signing out of the app completely then signing back in. You’ll also want to make sure your
My Disney Experience mobile app is up to date within your phone’s applications. Doing both of these things might help the app refresh! Next, select the three lines in the lower right corner, scroll down to “My Profile”, and select “MagicBands & Cards”. Hopefully you’re able to see them!
If the above doesn’t work, let’s try looking on the Walt Disney World Resort Website. On the right side of the
home page, you’ll want to select the “My Disney Experience” tab and once you’re signed in, select the option for “My MagicBands and Cards”, this should take you to the page you’re looking for.
If for some reason neither option works, definitely reach out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands help desk. They should hopefully be able to help you with your access to your MagicBands online. Once you’re in, make sure to activate or deactivate any MagicBands for your trip. You’ll also want to make sure your PIN is up to date so you’re able to purchase things with just the tap of your MagicBand!
