Sometimes, there are glitches when using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, so the first thing I would suggest you do is to make sure that your phone has the most up-to-date version installed for both your phone's software and the My Disney Experience mobile app. Then, check to see if everyone in your party is showing up when you try to create a
Disney MagicMobile pass.
If it is still not showing everyone, you will need to
give Disney's tech team a call at (407) 939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member that can help walk you through the process. Hopefully, it's an easy fix to get your passes all set up! No worries if you aren't able to get the passes set up before your visit, though. You can also stop by any of the Walt Disney World theme park ticket booths to pick up admission cards to use as your ticket instead.
