Hi Miguel,
Welcome to planDisney!
Let the magic begin! Planning a vacation to the Walt Disney World® Resort is a reason to celebrate! To start pricing out a vacation package, I suggest that you check the
Special Offers first. With a
vacation package, you will need to pick a resort hotel and
theme park tickets for the dates of your visit. You can also add a
Disney Dining Plan. When you select those theme park tickets, you will need to determine how many days you want to visit the theme parks. And, as you consider resort hotel options, I suggest you choose one from the
Disney Resorts Collection.
Aside from budgetary considerations, as you select your resort hotel, I also suggest that you take a look at the amenities available at each resort hotel. My family prefers resort hotels with multiple dining options and with access to
Walt Disney World® Resort Monorail Transportation so Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort are a few of our favorites. We also love being able to walk to Magic Kingdom from Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. If you are looking for a resort hotel that may be a little more budget-friendly, we also adore Disney's Pop Century Resort.
Disney's Art of Animation Resort has super cute family suites and, both of these resort hotels have access to the
Disney Skyliner in addition to
Walt Disney World® Bus Service.
I suggest that you put the deposit down for a vacation package and then start making other travel arrangements. We prefer to fly, so once I have those flights confirmed, I add that information to our travel spreadsheet. If you do not have a
My Disney Experience account, you need to create one and then add profiles for your family members or, if they have their own My Disney Experience accounts, you need to send them each an invitation to connect through the Family & Friends List.
Miguel, please drop by again if you have any more questions. As you prepare for a June trip, just remember the weather will be hot. We have traveled in the summer in years past and had a fabulous time. We just always returned to the resort hotel in the afternoons to rest or relax by the pool during the warmest part of the day. We would head back out to the theme parks for dinner and to enjoy more attractions!
Happy planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
