Trying to locate tickets for a postponed trip. They are not showing in my Disney experience

Hi Veronica! I'm always excited to help out a fellow New Yorker, so thanks so much for stopping by with your question!

I would be happy to help you get your tickets figured out for your upcoming visit! To start, you mentioned you had to postpone a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I'm so sorry to hear that; it must have been so frustrating! So, I believe your question is about the unused tickets from your original vacation plans. While unused theme park tickets do expire, the value of those tickets will remain in your account and can be applied toward a future ticket purchase. The expired, unused tickets would not show up in your My Disney Experience account but can be applied toward your future visit by speaking with one of the Cast Members on the Existing Tickets team at (407) 934-7639.

Alternatively, if your question is about newly purchased tickets for your visit this fall not showing up in your My Disney Experience app, I can absolutely help with that too! In that case, your tickets likely just need to be linked to your account. You can do that by following these simple steps:

    • Log into your My Disney Experience account.
    • Hover over the My Disney Experience logo on the upper right-hand side, and click on "My Plans."
    • From there, hover over the "Park Tickets" section and select link tickets.
    • Pull up the confirmation email you would have received when purchasing your tickets and enter the ticket ID number in the ID field.
    • Then, follow the prompts to finalize the link, and you are all set!

Veronica, I am so excited for you to finally be able to enjoy your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and September is the perfect time to visit! Not only are the crowds generally a bit lower, but you'll be able to enjoy Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, which is set to open in Summer 2022! This exciting new attraction will take you on a wild race through space with The Guardians of the Galaxy crew to help save the galaxy! It's set to be one of the longest coaster rides in the world, with a 360-degree rotating car, ensuring you always have the best view throughout your intergalactic adventure. Doesn't that sound awesome? I cannot WAIT to check out this attraction.

Veronica, I know there is a lot to think about as you finalize your vacation plans, so please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions at all. We are here to help!

    See you real soon!
