    Trying to load my Black Spire gift card into my gift card card page but... where is the 16 digit account number for these medallions?

    Thank you for traveling to a galaxy far far away, we’re more than happy to help you link your gift card. 

    I have not been as fortunate as you, to have held a Batuuan Spira. The Force is most definitely strong with you! Brooke, I was able to confirm that you can reload or transfer your balance using the official Disney Gift Card website. On the back of your Batuuan Spira is where you should see the barcode and numerical series that you will need to use to access your gift card. Once you locate that, you will be good to type those numbers into the website and complete your transfer.

    If you will be in the parks, you can also reload more credits to your Batuuan Spira in person. Be sure to bring it with you if that’s what you choose to do.
