Not to worry, I’m happy to report that there is a simple solution to this issue! You can call the Guest Information and Ticketing phone line at (714) 781-4636 to ask a Cast Member to change the name for you. The Ticketing phone line is available seven days a week from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific. Or, if you prefer, you can visit a Guest Relations location upon arrival at the
Disneyland Resort. Even if you don’t change it, you shouldn’t have any trouble entering the parks, but things could get confusing when you’re ready to start making
Disney FASTPASS selections, so I recommend having the name changed for your own organizational purposes on the
Disneyland app.
Are you considering adding
Disney MaxPass to your
tickets? If so, I highly recommend it! MaxPass is my favorite way to maximize time spent in the parks, by allowing you to make digital FASTPASS selections from the convenience of your phone. MaxPass also includes unlimited digital downloads of your
Disney PhotoPass pictures, which is a wonderful way to preserve your family’s vacation memories. Even if your whole group doesn't add MaxPass, I recommend at least one person does, just for the PhotoPass benefit!
