Not to worry, this does sound like a quick fix and has happened to me in the past. I find that if I’m having trouble with one platform, switching to the other usually does the trick. For example, if you are linking your tickets on the
mobile app, try using the
desktop site. I also recommend making sure that your app is up-to-date or that you are using one of the
recommended browsers. I also found that typing in the ticket’s barcode worked out better than taking a photo when linking our tickets. So you might want to try that as well.
I hope these tips and tricks help get your tickets linked. Once linked, you’ll want to schedule your
Theme Park Reservations.
Availability for September looks good, so your travel dates should be just fine. Don’t wait any longer though, schedule those as soon as possible! If you are still having trouble linking your tickets, go ahead and give the
Ticket Service line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help get this situated for you.
