I am trying to link tickets I purchased third party to my Disney account

    Hey there, Ashlee!

Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for visiting us with your wondEARful question about linking your Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account!

Ashlee, you can link your theme park tickets to your account online. You will need your confirmation and/or full ticket number in order to successfully link your theme park tickets to your account. Once you have this number handy, please click here.

You can also link your theme park ticket via the My Disney Experience mobile app. Please download and open the app, click on the three lines on the bottom right of the screen, click 'Tickets and Passes', select the plus sign on the top right of the screen, and follow the on-screen prompts. It’s that simple, Ashlee!

I hope that helps answer your question. As a reminder, you can make your Disney Park Pass theme park reservations as soon as you link your theme park ticket to your account. I encourage you to do so as soon as possible!

If you have any other questions, please visit planDisney again. We are always hEAR to help you!
