Hi there, Hamsa,I think I've experienced a similar thing. A theme park ticket I've purchased and linked to my account has ended up with the wrong name for the intended Guest. Fortunately, there is a way forward! You may call the Tickets phone line to request an update to the names associated with your theme park tickets. But if you are OK with managing who uses which ticket based on the ticket numbers or by assigning the tickets to MagicBands+ used by each respective Guest in your party, you may choose to do so in most cases. If you purchased special offer tickets that require eligibility verification using a valid government-issued photo ID (such as for members of the US Military or for California residents) it may be advisable to go ahead and have those names updated on the tickets.Ultimately, the verification of the user of a ticket is done by a photograph electronically linked to the ticket. This photo will be taken by the cameras embedded in the park entry gates when the park ticket is used for the first time. Even if a government ID is needed to verify eligibility to use a promotional ticket, Guest ID verification is performed by matching the Guest with their photo linked to the ticket each time they use the ticket for re-entry to the parks. So, as long as a Guest uses the same ticket with their photo linked to it, it usually doesn't matter whether the name linked to that ticket actually matches that person as well.I hope that helps ease your mind a bit as you prepare for your visit to the Disneyland Resort, Hamsa. If you'd like any more recommendations or tips for making the most of your visit to The Happiest Place on Earth, I hope you'll visit us again soon at planDisney.See ya real soon, Hamsa!~Tony
