I'm sorry you've experienced issues when trying to link your
Theme Park Tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. Select reservations and tickets may not automatically appear in your account and will need to be linked manually to be able to plan and coordinate with your travel party.
If you visit
this page on the Walt Disney World Resort website, you'll see an icon where you can link your Theme Park Tickets. Select the "Tickets" icon, and you'll be asked to sign in to your My Disney Experience account. Once signed in, you'll be asked to "Please Enter Your Ticket or Pass Number". You'll see a box where you can enter the Will Call Confirmation Number or Ticket ID for up to 10 tickets or passes. Most Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets will have a 12-digit number on the back that you'll enter to link your ticket.
On the right side of the screen, you can scroll through around ten different ticket types to see which corresponds with the ticket you're trying to link. Find the ticket type that looks like yours to help locate the ID number. It sounds like you have a ticket with a few of the numbers partially hidden under a scratch-off area. If you have a ticket with a scratch-off area, you'll need to uncover the hidden numbers to reveal the full twelve or seventeen-digit ID number, which you can then enter in the box on the left.
