Walt Disney World theme park tickets by either visiting the main
Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app, my first suggestion is to try linking through the one that you haven't tried yet. If you have been trying to link through the website, try logging in on the
My Disney Experience mobile app or the other way around. Sometimes it's simply a technology glitch standing in your way and switching methods can help!
If that still doesn't work, my next suggestion would be to
contact Disney directly at (407) 566-4985 and speak with a Cast Member. I know wait times can be long, but I hope you have either already reached someone and gotten everything straightened out, or that when you call this time you will get through more quickly. Since you need to also secure
Disney Park Pass reservations for the day(s) of your visit, you will want to reach out to them right away!
