Mandi, sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble linking your tickets. Per chance, were you signed into your My Disney Experience account when you purchased your tickets? If so, your tickets will already be linked to your account! Let’s check! Within the
My Disney Experience mobile app, select the three lines in the lower righthand corner, then select “Tickets and Passes”. If you see your tickets, they’re already linked and you should be all set.
If your tickets aren’t already linked and you’re still having difficulty linking with the ticket IDs or confirmation code, I suggest reaching out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands desk. With some information, they should be able to help you link your tickets.
Once you see your tickets linked, remember the next step is to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations. At this time, a Disney Park Pass reservation is needed for you and each member of your party, every day you all want to go into the Theme Parks.
