Hey there, Sarah! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. Let’s see if we can figure out how to link your
tickets.
There are two ways to link tickets in the
Disneyland mobile app, either by manually entering the ticket ID number or scanning the barcode. You mentioned a QR code so I wonder if you’re trying to scan the park reservation instead. You'll want to make sure you're looking for an 18-digit ID number.
In the app, go to Tickets and Passes, click the “+” in the top right corner and select “Link Tickets & Passes.” That will prompt you to scan the barcode of the ticket (which you can do from a physical ticket or the electronic ticket on someone else’s phone.) You can also click the link to manually enter the 18-digit ID number.
If you’re still having issues, I would contact
Ticket Services prior to your arrival, or talk to a Cast Member at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth. If you can't link the tickets in advance of your arrival, no worries, just take the physical tickets with you and someone at Disneyland Resort can help you link them.
I hope you’re excited about the magic awaiting you at the parks, Sarah! You’ll be just in time in catch the tail end of the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, running through April 26. Be sure to check out the festival marketplace kiosks for unique small bites, both sweet and savory!
Bye for now,
Kamini
