If you’re having a bit of trouble with the My Disney Experience mobile app, you’re definitely not alone. Sometimes that mischievous Stitch likes to cause just a little bit of digital mischief! When things get a bit glitchy, I’ve found that switching over to the
My Disney Experience website on a desktop or laptop can make a world of difference. The layout is often easier to navigate, and it may offer a smoother experience when managing plans, linking tickets, or making park reservations.
Make sure your app is updated to the latest version, and try logging out and back in or clearing your cache if things still aren’t working. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app if it's acting extra goofy. And remember, if things get tricky, Cast Members are just a call away and always happy to help walk you through the process.
