I am trying to link my ticket to my app and genie + that was purchased, but it says I need to scan a barcode. Where do I find that barcode as I don't have a physical ticket for my trip next month?

Hello there, Holland! It looks like you are just a few short weeks away from your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth - how exciting!

This is the perfect time to start setting up some of the details of your trip, like getting the Disneyland Mobile App set up on your phone. Once you log in to the app, you can tap the three horizontal lines in the bottom right menu to access the Main Menu. Next, select "Tickets and Passes," and at the bottom of this screen, you should see "Enter the ID number" - this is the option you'll want to select if you purchased your tickets online.

If you're having trouble finding this, you should have been sent a confirmation email after purchasing your eTickets from the Disneyland Resort website. In that email, there is a link that says "Access Your eTickets" that you can click on to get all the information to link them in the mobile app.

The Disneyland Mobile App is also where you'll be able to access and book your Disney Genie+ Lightning Lane arrival windows once you have scanned your tickets to enter one of the parks! From the home screen, you should see a blue box that says "Disney Genie Service." You'll want to select "View My Day" and then select the "Tip Board" tab near the top of this next screen. Make sure you have the correct park selected at the top of this next screen, and then scroll through to see current wait times and book Lightning Lane experiences on available attractions directly from this list.

One extra tip: After you link your tickets in the mobile app, I recommend taking screenshots of each ticket, so it's easy to pull up on your phone if you need it. This is especially helpful if you have Park Hopper tickets and are planning on jumping between parks each day of your trip!

I hope you have a magical visit to the Disneyland Resort, Holland! If you have any other follow-up questions, please feel free to write me back directly. I'd be happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Greg
