It sounds like you're running into an issue when you try to link your
Annual Pass to your My Disney Experience account. Typically, it's a straightforward process to use the form that prompts you to enter your pass number to
link your Annual Pass to your My Disney Experience account.
You might have already tried this one quick tip, but you can take a look to see if your Annual Pass is already displaying in your My Disney Experience account. You can sign in to your My Disney Experience account and look at your
Memberships & Passes that are linked to your account.
If you're not seeing your Annual Pass displayed, and if you're still running into a trouble spot when you try to link your Annual Pass, my best suggestion is to contact a Cast Member with the V.I.Passholder Support team. You can call them at (407) WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277. You can also
email the team. You can also
use the online chat service.
Marco, I'm hopeful for you that you can get your Annual Pass linked so you can enjoy all the magic of the theme parks. Once you have your Annual Pass linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can take a look at the
Annual Pass Admissions Calendar, check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar, and then make your theme park reservations with the
Disney Park Pass system.
