Hi! I have been trying to link (3) room reservations to ours for our Oct trip. I can link them all, except for my son-in-law's name in the 3rd room. Any advice? Thought I would try here b4 calling

    Hi Angela,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The happy news is that you have Walt Disney World resort hotel reservations to link!

It sounds as if you already have a My Disney Experience Account. There could be a few different explanations for the trouble with linking your son-in-law's reservation:

    • If he is not staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel, you may not be able to link the reservation.
    • If he booked it through a third-party site, you may need to contact that third-party vendor to make sure they have given you the correct confirmation number to link in My Disney Experience.
    • Check to be sure you are using the name as it is listed on the reservation.

If neither of these ideas resolves the problem, I suggest that you contact a Cast Member at 407-939-4357 in website support. Or, your son-in-law can try calling the general reservation line at 407-939-5277 to see if the problem is with how the reservation was booked. If your son-in-law has his own My Disney Experience account with the resort reservation linked, you could connect with him through the My Family & Friends list and then share all plans. Once all of your plans are shared, you can make reservations and other plans together plus you should be able to see each other's resort hotel reservations!

Once you have everyone's resort reservations linked, be sure to access the Disney Park Pass system to make theme park reservations for everyone. Note that currently you can only make reservations for up to 12 people at a time, so, depending on the size of your group, you may need to book part of the group first and then go back into the system to reserve park passes for the rest. Feel free to check the park availability calendar prior to making those park pass reservations. And keep an eye on the operational updates, resort hotel updates, and parks and tickets information as policies and procedures could change.

Angela, once that is done, we will all join you in doing a collective happy dance. If I have misunderstood your question, my apologies and please come back to visit us again! In the meantime, brush up on your superhero powers and get ready for your next Incredible Disney Day!

    Magic and memories,
