Daniel, welcome to
planDisney.
It always brings a smile to my face when I see a fellow Guest from Merseyside. You're going to have a "proper boss" time at
The Most Magical Place on Earth. On my most recent visit, I was in awe of all the EARidescent excitement. The
50th Anniversary Celebration is well and truly underway. There are new rides and shows, EARidescent souvenirs and décor, tasty snacks and drinks, and so much more! You're going to have a zip-a-dee-doo-dah kind of holiday.
I'm sorry that you're having trouble linking your reservation to your
My Disney Experience account. Since you're getting a notification about an issue that's preventing you from linking your reservation, I'd suggest speaking to a helpful Cast Member. Simply dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support, which you can find in the
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory. Make sure you have your confirmation number handy and they should be able to wave their magic wand and help you out.
In fact, before you call, I've included a
direct link to the Manage my Booking webpage. If you input your reference number and the lead passenger's surname you'll be able to retrieve the full details of your Disney holiday package booking. These details might come in handy for your phone call.
Once you get your reservations linked, you'll be able to start making dining and Theme Park reservations. If you're looking for a good place to eat, I highly recommend
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' (tip: get the Thigh High Chicken Biscuits). And you simply must try a cookie from
Gideon's Bakehouse (it's worth the wait).
Have a magical trip, Daniel.
Mike
