Trying to link reservation, in the mobile ap the only way to link our plans, it asks for a number attached to the bar code on the ticket there is NO bar code. There is a QR code and a number, that doesn,t work. Where can I find the number they ask for?

    Hello Sandra,

Are you getting excited for your visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth"?

Sandra, I know you mention that you're trying to link a reservation, and I am thinking that perhaps you're trying to link a theme park reservation. You also mention, though, that you received a QR code. This suggests that you already successfully purchased your theme park ticket and made your theme park reservation and received your QR code confirmation.

It sounds like the number you're mentioning and for which you're being prompted is the ID number for the theme park ticket you purchased that you would use to link your theme park ticket to your My Disneyland account.

It also sounds like you could already be all set to go enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks, which is wonderful to hear.

You can do a quick check to take a look to make sure that your theme park ticket and theme park reservation are all set. Simply sign in to your Disneyland Resort account and take a look at the "Tickets and Reservation Details" information. You should see your theme park reservation displayed. You can also take a look at your  Disneyland Resort mobile app because the theme park reservation details will be displayed there as well.

You'll also want to check that your theme park tickets are displaying in your Disneyland Resort mobile app. When you open the app, you can tap the main menu (the three stacked lines in the lower right corner) and then tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile.

Sandra, I do hope these tips are helpful as you check to see that all your plans are in place. If you are still not seeing your theme park ticket and theme park reservation display as expected, my suggestion is to give a call to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member can offer guidance based on the ticket you purchased. As another option, you can reach out to the Disneyland Resort Website Support team at (714) 520-6222.

Sandra, there's so much magic to see and do and experience at the Disneyland Resort, and I can imagine you're getting so excited for your visit. Be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog as a great and fun way to stay in the know about all that's coming to the Disneyland Resort.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
