Hi there, Naveen!
Welcome to planDisney! It's always a special treat to assist a fellow American Mouseketeer as they prepare to say
bonjour to Disneyland Paris. I'm so glad you stopped by with your question! Before you know it, you'll be walking down Main Street as Sleeping Beauty Castle shines in the distance, so in honor of
Alice's Curious Labyrinth, let's channel our inner White Rabbit and hop to it!
With access to theme park maps featuring wait times,
Click & Collect mobile ordering,
Disney Premier Access,
table bookings, and yes, your theme park ticket, the Disneyland Paris app is truly portable Disney magic, so it's a great idea to familiarize yourself with it before your visit. To
link your tickets using the app, you'll want to have your ticket handy and then select the 'Link Ticket or Pass' option that appears as soon as you open the app. From there, you'll be prompted to either scan the ticket's code using your device camera or enter the ticket number manually. Both the code and ticket number are typically found at the bottom of a ticket, but because the exact location varies according to ticket type, the app helpfully provides images for reference. You'll find these by selecting 'Where do I scan?' or 'Where can I find my Ticket or Pass number?'. Once you've scanned or manually entered the ticket number to link your tickets, you can access them at any time by navigating to 'Account' and then 'My Tickets & Passes'.
I hope this helps, Naveen! If you're still having trouble linking your ticket, feel free to follow back up with us here at
planDisney or to reach out directly to a Disneyland Paris representative using the Live Chat feature on the
Disneyland Paris website (available 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM Monday through Friday and 9:30 AM to 5:45 PM Saturdays, local Paris time).
Oh, and one more tip before I bid you
adieu: The
Disney Music Festival is currently in full swing, so if you'll be visiting before September 7, be sure to check out the lineup so that you can sing and dance along with some of your favorite characters!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
