Hello, I am trying to link my reservation to my account but it does not work as it is linked to another account How can I book the parks? I should be there on April 19th and it seems it is impossible to do it. Thanks for your support, Rosario

Hi there, Rosario! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble trying to make Theme Park reservations for your upcoming vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort. However, I think I know exactly why this is happening, so let's come up with a plan for you to fix the issue!

The first thing you should know is that you will not be able to re-link a confirmation number to your My Disney Experience account if it has already been linked to another account. In order for you to secure your Theme Park reservations, you'll need to work in unison with the person who linked the reservation in the first place.

Please have this person log into their Disney account through the My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of their screen, scroll down, and click on My Profile. Once here, they should click on the Family & Friends List tab, scroll all the way down, and click on Add a Guest. Now, have them pick the "I'll enter their name and age" option, after which they'll have to fill out the form with your personal information. When they're done, they should pick the "Share Planning with this Guest" option. Now, you should receive an email letting you know that this person has shared plans with you, so please accept the invitation.

Rosario, you should now be able to see this person's plans in your My Disney Experience mobile app, but we still have to get your Theme Park tickets linked. To do this, please ask them to head to the My Disney Experience mobile app once again, click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of the screen, and click on Tickets and Passes. Once here, they should be able to locate the Theme Park tickets that have been linked to their account. If they click on each ticket, they should see an "Assign Ticket" button, and once they click on it, they'll be able to pick the person they'd like to assign it to (you, obviously!). Now, you're ready to begin booking your Theme Park reservations by yourself! Please keep in mind, however, that Theme Park reservation availability seems to be pretty scarce at the moment.

Should you run into any trouble while trying to follow any of these steps, I highly encourage you to speak to a friendly Cast Member at 0800 16 90 730. And if you think of any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back and ask us!

    Have a magical day,
